In 2009, Share and Care House (SCH) of Puyallup, WA and Olympic Coansulting Group (OCG) of Federal Way, WA joined together to form Precision Accountability, LLC. Share and Care House had been searching for a software application, which would address their requirements for a robust and easy to use application for the management of both guardian and payee clients. 

Unable to find an acceptable commercial off the shelf package SCH issued an RFP to find an architecture and software development firm to develop a solution for their specific requirements. Olympic Consulting Group responded to the RFP and proposed a solution, which addressed all of the requirements and offered SCH a partnership to make the application available to other guardianship and representative payee organizations.
